HOW WE PROCESS YOUR ORDER

When you place an order on heyesbeauty.com, we'll send you a confirmation email (it won't take long!)

Our team will then process the order within approximately one day, we will then hand it over to our designated carriers. You will then receive a tracking number so that you can see where your product is at all times.

MY DELIVERY ADDRESS IS INCORRECT

If you've made a mistake on your order, you may be able to update your details, provided it hasn't already been picked up and packed. Please email us ASAP at contact@heyesbeauty.com and we can change the shipping address for you.

• Orders are shipped Monday through Friday.
• Please note that we are not responsible for information entered incorrectly during checkout.If you entered your address incorrectly and did not contact us to change it before the item was shipped, there will be an additional waiting period
